When the body hurts, it has a reason.
Our first goal is to get you out of pain as quickly as possible. We'll also teach you how to change your movement patterns to avoid irritating injured areas so they have time to heal.
Our second goal is to make sure you can participate fully in your daily activities and favorite hobbies again without fear or risk of re-injury. Staying active in the things you love results in a better long-term outcome and reduces the risk of pain becoming chronic. (1)
We don't just want to treat pain - we want to prevent it! One of our goals is to help you understand your body and health better. Staying active, learning new things, and providing your body with the nutrients it needs to function keeps you feeling good. It also helps to prevent cognitive decline as you age. (2) We'll work with you on long-term health and lifestyle goals to help you live your best life for your whole life.
When you choose us, you join a community. We work not just with you but with other members of our community to build a network of people working together for a healthier world.
