Therapeutic Exercise

Therapeutic exercise is a structured and planned set of physical activities designed to help individuals recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, improve physical function, and enhance overall well-being.

These exercises are frequently used in conjunction with chiropractic treatment and may include:

  • Strengthening exercises: To improve muscle strength and endurance.
  • Stretching exercises: To increase mobility and range of motion.
  • Aerobic exercises: To improve cardiovascular health.
  • Balance and coordination exercises: To prevent falls and improve stability.

Each therapeutic exercise program is tailored to the individual's specific needs and goals, often incorporating a combination of these different types of exercises. The ultimate aim is to promote healing, reduce pain, and restore functional abilities.

If you're curious about how these exercises might benefit a particular condition or situation, feel free to ask!
